vw108 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and vw108 ("the Platform", "we", "usour") governing your access to and use of the vw108 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at vw108.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by vw108, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of vw108 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the vw108 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User via an approved payment method, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required before a User may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Platform" means the vw108 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of sporting events including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, basketball, and other events offered on the Platform.
• "Live Casino" means real-time dealer-hosted casino games streamed live to the User, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette.

To register and maintain an account on vw108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. No exceptions apply. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of vw108 or any of its associated entities.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, whether applied through vw108 or any other responsible gambling scheme.
6. You may hold onlyone registered account on vw108. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

To create an account on vw108, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your details should any information change.

vw108 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent issued within the last 3 months);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably required for fraud prevention or anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to vw108's satisfaction. vw108 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or close accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified or where discrepancies are identified.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. vw108 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on vw108 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost (Axiata)
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online, and other participating banks
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. vw108 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited within minutes. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5to 15 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.

vw108 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. vw108 targets the following processing times:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes following approval
• Bank wire transfer: 15 to 60 minutes following approval

These are target processing times, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Completed KYC is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. vw108 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns.

vw108 offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and cashback promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover) which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the player to place a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute differently toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% to 20% contribution
• Sports betting: contribution rate as specified in the individual promotion terms
• Certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations — refer to the specific promotion for the excluded game list

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is MYR 500, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are present may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted bonuses will be removed from the account upon expiry, and any associated winings that relied on those bonus funds will be forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

vw108 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: exploiting lopholes, coordinated wagering to circumvent rollover requirements, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus outcomes ("bonus hunting"), and collusion between accounts to claim referal bonuses fraudulently, are all classified as bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6.6 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held in an account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Players should complete all wagering requirements on an active bonus before claiming a new promotional offer.

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity on the vw108 Platform:

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except as expressly permitted by vw108 in specific circumstances (e.g., manifest error, event cancellation).
• In the event of a manifest error (e.g., incorrect odds published due to a technical fault), vw108 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's account.
• For sports betting, if a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a result being determined, vw108's event-specific rules (published in the sportsbook) will govern settlement. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• vw108 reserves the right to set individual wagering limits per event, per market, and per account. Limits may vary by sport, game type, and player tier.
• Results as determined by the relevant governing body or official data provider will be final. vw108 does not accept liability for decisions made by sporting bodies or game certification entities.
• Use of any software, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the vw108 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; submitting forged KYC documents.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment reversals or disputes with your bank or payment provider relating to valid transactions on vw108.
• Abuse of customer support: Submitting false complaints, engaging in threatening or abusive communication with support staff.

vw108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Discovery that the account holder is under21 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is terminated for cause (i.e., following a confirmed breach of these Terms), vw108 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including real-money balances. Where termination is initiated by the User (voluntary account closure) and no breach is found, vw108 will process any outstanding eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC.

All content on the vw108 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software, and data compilations, is the property of vw108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from vw108.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of vw108's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vw108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or expected profits;
• Service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
• Reliance on information provided by the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

vw108's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vw108 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Users. The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account on vw108, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and personalisation of the Platform experience;
• vw108 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties;
• Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable legal obligations;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

vw108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be accessed via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Increases to limits require a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts for when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Temporary Self-Suspension: Suspend account access for 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days. Cannot be overidden during the chosen period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to reopen. Requests are processed by the support team and take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vw108 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a User and vw108, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Users retain the right to refer complaints to any relevant regulatory body where applicable.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot be excluded or modified by contract under applicable law.
